I possess alot of exercise dvd and has to that say that ossia a worse a. His too fast to follow, any quite a lot of repetitions. He so only done each exercise 3-4 times so much for some time takes a hangs of him, has moved on to a next and calm exercise has lost a start. It has been disappointed also in a fact that does not mention like this partorisca be, rows, curve, etc 't squanders your money
